In a four pages response, Sushant’s family alleges Rhea Chakraborty that she had ample time to destruct evidence after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s family highlighted that after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea Chakraborty was examined by the Mumbai Police for four days after the incident due to which she got ample time to destroy evidence.

Vikas Singh, Sushant’s family Lawyer alleged Rhea Chakraborty that she is hand in gloves with the importance witness who shared e-mail after the incident. In response, they also highlighted the procedure adapted by Mumbai Police which is not proper and not as per the CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code). They also alleged that Mumbai Police adapted the inquest proceedings but didn’t lodge an F.I.R, but they were adapted inquest proceedings only to determine the cause of death as to whether there has to be any unusual circumstances around the said or not.

Bihar Govt. Submits it’s response to S.C.

The counsel Keshav Mohan highlighted the events arranged in a chronology from the starting after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput to CBI’ FIR against the Rhea Chakraborty. Bihar Government highlighted investigation conducted by Mumbai Police under section 174 and 175 of the CrPC was effective only until the cause of death of the actor is ascertained.

Counsel of Bihar called Mumbai Police act in investigation is ‘inexplicable act’ because Mumbai Police ended its investigation on the basis of final Post mortem report and the ‘non-registration of FIR’ is contrary to law.
